With complex stock control systems involving multiple locations/depots, and web integration, your requirements can be highly technical. Add to this the challenges of importing/exporting with the associated problems of different currencies and varying exchange rates and it can easily become a nightmare. With her passion for order and consistency, Carol will identify the problems and project manage a solution. Carol has 30 years experience in operational accounting and commercial accounting. She has been working with computer accounting programs since the late 80s DOS days, and can sort accounting "mess" from before the days of "white out". Carol has been installing windows accounting software for 17 years and is still upgrading her skill and knowledge with 2 subjects to go in her Masters of Commerce.

Carol also teaches Day 2 of our MYOB Exo HeadStart Course. Day 2 covers Purchasing and Stock.

Jennifer has over 20 years experience, holding a CPA qualification for 16 years. Jennifer has a sound understanding of commercial accounting and compliance issues facing businesses today. With experience gained from a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, importers and professional services organisations.

Jennifer teaches day 3 of our MYOB Exo HeadStart Course. Day 3 focuses on accounts receivable and accounts payable and general ledger.

Jennifer has extensive experience installing and customising integrated accounting packages, specialising in MYOB EXO and Wage Easy Payroll/HR.

Jennifer has the ability to develop customised reporting using clarity report writer with MYOB EXO and working with SQL tables, to suit individual business requirements.

Kerry has significant experience in bookkeeping and business administration. For the past 18 years she has worked in the health care profession and during that time has used MYOB extensively.

She also has experience in MYOB Exo Business and Wage Easy Payroll implementation, setup and training. Kerry is a MYOB Certified Consultant and is carrying out installation and training in MYOB Account Right products. Kerry completed Xero Certification Training and is now a Xero Certified Advisor. Other areas of expertise include staff management and using software such as MS Office.

As the ABC Trainer for the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping), Kerry brings to this her depth of experience in the bookkeeping industry.

Kerry also holds a current certificate in First Aid and CPR.

Donaugh Austin is an IT Developer and has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Information Management), a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons I) and Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and is an Alchemex Certified Professional Consultant.

She has experience with several report writing packages, including MYOB Exo Clarity Report Writer, Ostendo Report Writer and Alchemex Report Writer. She also has experience with databases, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Manager, Web Development and Training.

Donaugh enjoys working with clients in a wide range of industries to help build useful forms and reports that will give businesses the information that they need. She has worked in industries such as, Engineering, Manufacturing, Heatlh, Community Services, Retail and Hospitality.

Donaugh has experience in writing reports for MYOB EXO Core, MYOB EXO Finance, MYOB EXO Jobs, Ostendo Jobs, POS, Sales and Distribution, Service and Maintenance.

Donaugh can also help with Database and Technical issues related to financial software.

Ziska has completed a Cert IV in Small Business Management and a Cert IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).

Ziska has 10 years administration and accounts experience. She began her career working with MYOB, supporting a transaction-limited version of the software. She also provided sales support, training and representation to the retail channel, including major chain such as Harvey Norman.

She has strong retail experience coming from 5 years in retail management where she used the full functionality of Retail Manager on a day to day basis and trained her own staff to do the same. She also has extensive experience using MYOB, Ostendo and Retail Manager in a trade environment providing solutions and installs for ABC Business Solutions for over 3 years.

Christina is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers with 20 years experience in the health, manufacturing and banking sectors. She has managed the Accounting departments in several large organisations and has had exposure to the implementation and operation of numerous financial software packages. Christina has worked as a Project Manager implementing Information Technology (IT) systems. She also gains much satisfaction from reviewing and improving business processes and helping to make workflow more efficient and data more accurate.

Most recently Christina has worked with ABC Business Solutions clients using MYOB Exo.

Vanessa is an experienced accountant who has lived and worked in 3 countries - South Africa, the United Kingdom and now her permanent home, Australia. She obtained her Bachelor of Accounting Science in 1996 while doing her Accounting Articles with Deloitte and Touche and is a member of the National Institute of Accountants.

She has been employed in a wide variety of sectors including Public Practice, Health, Multinational Retail, Finance and Banking and in the Public Sector where she gained experience in the construction industry and education.

Since Vanessa started consulting for ABC Business Solutions, she has also developed her skills in MYOBExo, MYOB and Ostendo. She has advanced Excel and analysis skills and enjoys problem solving and finding more efficient ways of doing things.

When you call ABC Business Solutions Angela is the person in the office you contact with your enquiries and messages to pass onto your Consultant.

Angela has over 15 years Office Administration experience and has developed a sound knowledge in administration and general office management. She is skilled in Windows, Outlook, MS Office and Ostendo. Angela's overall experience is a valuable asset to the team and our clients.

Angela also holds a current certificate in First Aid and CPR

Rizvi is a fully qualified Management Accountant (CIMA) with over 20 years experience. He has worked in Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Malaysia, in Banking, IT, Hotel and Telecommunication sectors before migrating to Perth. His invovlment with MYOB Exo Business goes back to 1998 when he was involved with customising MYOB Exo Busienss for a telecom company. He has more than 10 years experience using MYOB Exo Business in the telecom industry while working as the Financial Controller. Rizvi was able to produce various reports for management using MYOB Exo Business report writer.

Rizvi has successfully completed a course in Fundamental Taxation with the Australian Institute of Taxation in September 2009. He has a good understanding of bookkeeping aspects and has strong reconciliation skills.

Jenny has a Diploma in Computing and has studied Business & Finance and Business Administration courses. She has worked predominantly with the implementation of PeopleSoft in a large organisation in the UK from conception to high level support including Business Process Design and Mapping.

Jenny has experience with report generation using Cognos, Query, Crystal and data manipulation using SQL.

Kirstine has 10 years experience as an Administration Manager/Bookkeeper working with small family businesses in industries such as Building & Construction, Fishing & Fitness, Marine Pilotage, Nursing Agency and Travel. Her experience includes recruitment, training, mentoring, accounts, BAS reporting, payroll, office administration, event planning and the coordination of travel itineraries.

Kirstine has also worked with a large communications company in their call centre, managing, training, developing, and mentoring staff to provide quality customer service.

Prior to this Kirstine worked in the Travel Industry in both retail and wholesale centres.

Kirstine has completed a Cert IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping), has advanced skills in MYOB and Microsoft Office products and is well versed in small business IT systems.

Janai is one of our friendly office staff of whom you will speak to when you call the ABC office. She works part time and will ensure any messages you send will be passed to your consultant. Janai is currently studying Visual and Interactive Design full time at the Queensland University of Technology.

As well as working part time in the office, Janai also looks after the ABC website. Janai ensures that the ABC website is accurate and concise, as well as ensuring all content is up to date. In addition, Janai looks after the Marketing and Advertising side of ABC, implementing fresh ideas and solutions where needed.

Janai has gained experience and understanding in using Google Analytics, Ads and Tools as well as various online/web Marketing tools.

Ron has more then 15 years experience in various areas of system analysis, software development and support of EPR system. He has experience in diverse programming environments: IBM mainframe, UNIX and windows platform with major development tools: Visual studio, Rational UI modelling and Delphi. Ron with his can-do attitude is able to find the right solution to any system integration and complex business reporting.
