As a result of extensive experience across many industries, Angela can assist you to review your processes and develop procedures to maintain fully reconciled financial data. Angela can also assist you in providing the streamlined administration required by multi entity environments.

Michelle has experience in many and varying industries, having expertise in various aspects of business, she has a strong knowledge of general ledger which she has found useful when setting up company files, can tackle tough issues in stock control, has experience in payroll, excel spread sheets and can train your staff in the best ways to process your data. Michelle has Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, is a MYOB Certified Consultant, a Retail Manager Professional and recently has become an Exo Business Solutions Partner. She is one of ABC's Team Leaders supporting her group of Bookkeepers and taking fortnightly training sessions.

B.App.Math/Comp.Sc, Analyst Programmer Ivan has deep knowledge and sound experience in database development, web design and development, reporting software development. He is an expert in different programming languages and technologies: Java, Delphi, Visual Objects, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access, Visual Basic for Applications, HTML/Javascript, ASP etc. Ivan can analyse customers needs and tailor the software systems to meet them.

As a MYOB ODBC and MYOB Report Writer/Business Analyst professional he can create any reports, manipulate and transfer data to/from MYOB, synchronise MYOB data with the web and much more. Also Ivan can solve technical problems with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of different types of software and hardware.

Angela has over 12 years Office Administration experience and has developed a sound knowledge in administration and general office management. She is skilled in Windows, Outlook, MS Office and Netsuite. Angela's overall experience is a valuable asset to the team and our clients.

Over the past 3 years, Shannon's roles have encompassed the following areas:

Psychological assessment, personnel selection and recruitment, training design and delivery, leadership development, team building and culture surveys.

Following academic awards in both her Criminology and Behavioural Science undergraduate degrees, Shannon completed her Honours year in Psychology for which she was awarded the Australian Psychological Society (APS) prize.

Shannon is a Registered Psychologist who is in the final stages of completing a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology.

Jennifer has over 17 years experience, holding a CPA qualification for 13 years. Jennifer has a sound understanding of commercial reality based on comprehensive accounting experience gained in a variety of industry sectors, from small enterprises to the large multinationals.

Jennifer has advanced skills in management accounting, information analysis, and an excellent understanding of all aspects of bookkeeping. Based on her experience and skills, Jennifer understands the compliance obligations and commercial issues facing businesses today, with the ability to develop reporting that can be specifically suited to an individual business.

Jennifer is experienced in using a number of integrated accounting packages, including MYOB, as well as having advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Ziska has 10 years administration and accounts experience. She began her career working with MYOB, supporting a transaction-limited version of the software. She also provided sales support, training and representation to the retail channel, including major chain such as Harvey Norman.

She has strong retail experience coming from 5 years in retail management where she used the full functionality of Retail Manager on a day to day basis and trained her own staff to do the same. She also has extensive experience using MYOB and Retail Manager in a trade environment working in Accounts/Administration roles.

Ziska has completed a Cert IV in Small Business Management and is currently studying to complete a Cert IV in Financial Services (Accounting).

Sambal is a computer science major having almost 4 years of proven expertise in software development and support.

Sambal has been involved in the development and maintenance of various POS, Semi-ERP, Accounting packages. He has proven skill sets in Visual Basic, SQL Server, Oracle, Java, JSP and Crystal Reports.

Jacinta is one of the friendly office staff you will talk to when call the ABC office. She works part time in the office and will gladly pass on any message to your consultant.

Vanessa is an experienced accountant who has lived and worked in 3 countries - South Africa, the United Kingdom and now her permanent home, Australia.

Vanessa obtained her Bachelor of Accounting Science in 1996 while doing her Accounting Articles with Deloitte and Touche.

During her 12 years working as an Accountant, she has been employed in a wide variety of sectors including Public Practice, Health, Multinational Retail, Finance and Banking and most recently in the Public Sector where she gained experience in the construction industry and education.

She has also developed advanced Excel and analysis skills during this time and enjoys problem solving and finding more efficient ways of doing things.

Onella has over 12 years of commercial accounting experience working for multinational manufacturers, retail head office and government head office accounting functions often partnering with senior management teams and key stakeholders to provide integral support for long-term growth initiatives of the businesses.

Ownership of the accounting function in these roles gave Onella an insight as to the main drivers of the businesses to blend the commercial objectives with the desired financial outcomes.

Onella is experienced in using a number of integrated accounting packages, including MYOB and Exonet.

Ajanta joins ABC as a Developer\Programmer, she has experience using the following computer programmes DELPHI 2005, ORACLE 9i & 10g, ERP / MIS modules, PHP, MYSQL and web development related application programming. She is also skilled in SAP Technical (ABAP/4).
