As a result of extensive experience across many industries, Angela can assist you to review your processes and develop procedures to maintain fully reconciled financial data. Angela can also assist you in providing the streamlined administration required by multi entity environments.

He is an expert in different programming languages and technologies: Java, Delphi, Visual Objects, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access, Visual Basic for Applications, HTML/Javascript, ASP etc. Ivan can analyse customers needs and tailor the software systems to meet them.

As a MYOB ODBC and MYOB Report Writer/Business Analyst professional he can create any reports, manipulate and transfer data to/from MYOB, synchronise MYOB data with the web and much more. Also Ivan can solve technical problems with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of different types of software and hardware.

Angela has over 15 years Office Administration experience and has developed a sound knowledge in administration and general office management. She is skilled in Windows, Outlook, MS Office and Netsuite. Angela's overall experience is a valuable asset to the team and our clients.

Kerry has a strong grounding in bookkeeping and business administration with working for the past 18 years in the health care profession and during that time has used MYOB extensively and more recently changed to MYOB Exo Business and Wage Easy. Other areas of expertise include staff management and using software such as MS Office and Outlook.

At ABC Kerry is the Trainer for the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).

Jennifer has over 19 years experience, holding a CPA qualification for 15 years. Jennifer has a sound understanding of commercial reality based on comprehensive accounting experience gained in a variety of industry sectors, from small enterprises to the large multinationals.

Jennifer has advanced skills in management accounting, information analysis, and an excellent understanding of all aspects of bookkeeping. Based on her experience and skills, Jennifer understands the compliance obligations and commercial issues facing businesses today, with the ability to develop reporting that can be specifically suited to an individual business.

Jennifer is experienced in installing and customising integrated accounting packages, including MYOB Premier and MYOB Exo Business, the payroll/HR solutions package- Wage Easy, and MYOB Asset Manager.

Ziska has 10 years administration and accounts experience. She began her career working with MYOB, supporting a transaction-limited version of the software. She also provided sales support, training and representation to the retail channel, including major chain such as Harvey Norman.

She has strong retail experience coming from 5 years in retail management where she used the full functionality of Retail Manager on a day to day basis and trained her own staff to do the same. She also has extensive experience using MYOB and Retail Manager in a trade environment working in Accounts/ Administration roles.

Ziska has completed a Cert IV in Small Business Management and is currently studying to complete a Cert IV in Financial Services (Accounting).

Vanessa is an experienced accountant who has lived and worked in 3 countries - South Africa, the United Kingdom and now her permanent home, Australia.

Vanessa obtained her Bachelor of Accounting Science in 1996 while doing her Accounting Articles with Deloitte and Touche.

During her 12 years working as an Accountant, she has been employed in a wide variety of sectors including Public Practice, Health, Multinational Retail, Finance and Banking and most recently in the Public Sector where she gained experience in the construction industry and education.

She has also developed advanced Excel and analysis skills during this time and enjoys problem solving and finding more efficient ways of doing things.

Rathi joins ABC as a Developer\Programmer. Rathi has over 5 years working experience using the following programmes - Delphi and SQL Server, OOPs, C, C++ and Core JAVA.

Donaugh Austin is an IT Developer and has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Information Management), a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons I) and Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. She enjoys working with clients in a wide range of industries to help build more useful and usable software.

Donaugh has experience with SQL and as a Usability Analyst, Web Developer and Trainer. She has experience providing an interface between software developers and clients to help deliver a product that more closely matches requirements. She also has extensive experience developing and delivering training.

Janai is one of our friendly office staff of whom you will speak to when you call the ABC office. She works part time and will ensure any messages you send will be passed to your consultant. Janai is currently studying Television Producing full time at the Queensland University of Technology.

Ron has more then 15 years experience in various areas of system analysis, software development and support of EPR system. He has experience in diverse programming environments: IBM mainframe, UNIX and windows platform with major development tools: Visual studio, Rational UI modelling and Delphi. Ron with his can-do attitude is able to find the right solution to any system integration and complex business reporting.

Dianne has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology. She has more than 20 years experience in the analysis, design, development and support of information technology solutions. Dianne has worked for a variety of large and small organisations on a diverse range of information technology projects. She has worked in both mainframe and client-server development environments and has experience working with a range of relational database management systems (including SQL Server, Oracle, Ingres and Microsoft Access) and programming languages (including Crystal Reports, SQR, Delphi, Ingres, PowerHouse and COBOL).
