With her passion for order and consistency, Carol will identify the problems and project manage a solution. Carol has 30 years experience in operational accounting and commercial accounting. She has been working with computer accounting programs since the late 80s DOS days, and can sort accounting "mess" from before the days of "white out".
Carol has been installing windows accounting software for 17 years and is still upgrading her skill and knowledge with 2 subjects to go in her Masters of Commerce.

With her knowledge and experience in wholesaling, importing, manufacturing and retail worlds, Angela has a talent for identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to your inventory, accounting information, personnel and your business generally.
As a result of extensive experience across many industries, Angela can assist you to review your processes and develop procedures to maintain fully reconciled financial data. Angela can also assist you in providing the streamlined administration required by multi entity environments.
Angela's industry experience includes wholesaling, manufacturing, steel, pharmaceutical, engineering, services, land development, retail, medical practices and importing.
Angela has a passion for helping clients develop functioning, value adding computerised business systems specifically inventory focussed entities. She is a firm believer that minimising inventory costs is eighty percent of the solution to maximising gross margin and similarly net profit.

Jennifer teaches day 3 of our MYOB Exo HeadStart Course. Day 3 focuses on accounts receivable and accounts payable and general ledger. Jennifer has extensive experience installing and customising integrated accounting packages, specialising in MYOB EXO and Wage Easy Payroll/HR. Jennifer has the ability to develop customised reporting using clarity report writer with MYOB EXO and working with SQL tables, to suit individual business requirements.

Ziska has 10 years administration and accounts experience. She began her career working with MYOB, supporting a transaction-limited version of the software. She also provided sales support, training and representation to the retail channel, including major chain such as Harvey Norman. She has strong retail experience coming from 5 years in retail management where she used the full functionality of Retail Manager on a day to day basis and trained her own staff to do the same. She also has extensive experience using MYOB and Retail Manager in a trade environment working in Accounts/ Administration roles. Ziska has completed a Cert IV in Small Business Management and is currently studying to complete a Cert IV in Financial Services (Accounting).

Liesa has completed a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting), a Commerce Advanced Certificate and a Btec National Certificate in Business Administration & Financial Studies from the UK. She has attended a three day course in Ostendo, as well as a two day Clarity Report Writing for Exo Business. Liesa also holds advanced Microsoft Excel & Access Database Certificates.

Rizvi is a fully qualified Management Accountant (CIMA) with over 20 years experience. He has worked in Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Malaysia, in Banking, IT, Hotel and Telecommunication sectors before migrating to Perth. His invovlment with Exonet goes back to 1998 when he was involved with customising Exonet for a telecom company. He has more than 10 years experience using Exonet in the telecom industry while working as the Financial Controller. Rizvi was able to produce various reports for management using Exonet report writer. He has also experience using Exonet in the manufacturing sector. Rizvi has successfully completed a course in Fundamental Taxation with the Australian Institute of Taxation in September 2009. He has a good understanding of bookkeeping aspects and has strong reconciliation skills.

Janai is one of our friendly office staff of whom you will speak to when you call the ABC office. She works part time and will ensure any messages you send will be passed to your consultant. Janai is currently studying Visual and Interactive Design full time at the Queensland University of Technology. As well as working part time in the office, Janai also looks after the ABC website. Janai ensures that the ABC website is accurate and concise, as well as ensuring all content is up to date. Janai has gained experience and understanding in using Google Analytics, Ads and Tools.
