The new Tax Practitioners Board has been appointed and now is the time to start the process of provisional registration as a BAS Agent. To comply with legislation bookkeepers require a minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).

Whether you are an employed bookkeeper or working as a contract bookkeeper doing the Cert IV in Bookkeeping will provide you with the foundation to move forward in your career and help to fill in the gaps in your knowledge.

ABC has expanded our range of courses to include Virtual classroom for day and night classes. This allows students to participate in class while working from home or work. Virtual classroom uses GoToTraining by Citrix in conjunction with VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to connect students so they can interact with the class and the trainer.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in conjunction with Marian Brown is offered. Recognition of Prior Learning is a process that recognises current skills and experience regardless of where and when the learning occurred.

Students can base their application on any combination of formal or informal training and education, work experience or general like experience.
