With so much happening on a day to day basis it can be hard to remember everything that needs to be completed in  your business. Wouldn't it be great if your software could recognise that your stock levels have fallen below your minimum level and remind you to reorder? Or if it could identify that you have not sold item XYZ for 6 months and send you a notification?

Ostendo can do this quite easily, all you need to do is set a priority against the alert you want to use, choose which user to alert, and how often.

For example, the purchasing manager wants to be notified when one of their purchasing officers reaches their maximum $ value for orders. Just enter the alert limit in the appropriate user record and then activate the Purchase Limit Warning alert for the purchasing manager's log in and they will see a reminder when they log in. The reminder will then display every time until it is removed.
