MYOB Exo is very flexible with its setup of general ledger accounts and account groups which allows you to create reports to suit your company's needs within the software program without having to export the data into an external program such as Excel. For example, in Exo, you can set up your general ledger to create a report to produce a profit and loss for one section/unit of the business, a combination of business units and of course a consolidated report. If you want to group some of your income or cost of sales or even expense items within these reports then this can be done also by using the account groups. Exo also uses a report writing program which allows reports to be tailored even more specifically for your needs. Use of the report writer can also format the report to incorporate your company logo and other presentation requirements.
